Joining is easy!
1) Simply download the form here. You can return the form in your child's folder, with a check for the annual membership dues of $7 (individual) or $14 (family).
Why Join the PTA?
#1. BENEFIT YOUR CHILD
The #1 reason to join the PTA is to benefit your
child. In doing so, you also help our school. More than 30 years of
research has proven that children do better when their parents are
involved both at home and in school. Grades are higher. Test scores
rise. Self-esteem grows. Schools improve.
#2. STRENGTHEN OUR COLLECTIVE VOICE
Every membership counts! By adding your name to our roster of members, you will increase the impact we have as we support and speak on behalf of the children in our schools, and in our community. Your name also increases the strength of the Texas PTA and National PTA when they deal with the State Legislature and with U.S Congress.
#3. GET CONNECTED
PTA membership helps you connect with the school, the
staff, and other parents.
The PTA offers a variety of programs designed for parents as well as students.
Joining the PTA does not obligate you to volunteer at
school or attend PTA meetings, although we hope you
will! But by joining PTA, you are getting involved simply by showing your support!
